Innovative solutions to difficult railway subsurface conditions have been needed since the golden spike was driven in Utah. Many solutions that are used routinely still have not had widespread acceptance in AREMA Guideline. The intent of this webinar is to provide practitioners with innovative solutions and some explanation in their use on North American RR. The presentation will provide some design guidelines, however, is not considered a design course.
This webinar is comprised of recommended practices and relevant accumulated knowledge from subject matter experts in the railroad industry. It is not intended as a regulatory qualification.
