Mr. Shive is a Project Manager/Supereminent for OCCI, Inc. His expertise and experience include temporary trestle bridge construction drilled and oscillated shaft installation, pile driving, movable bridge repair and rehabilitation, steel erection, welding, and mass concrete. His skills also include motivation of field crews to a high level of performance and on-site management of subcontractors. He has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Missouri.
