Ayan Ghosh, P.E is a Senior Project Engineer at the Rail & Transit division of HNTB Corporation and is embedded as a Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert for Heavy Rail within the Rail Operations -Track and Structural Engineering division at Maryland Department of Transportation- Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA), for the past 7 years. Ayan joined HNTB in 2019 after 12 years with other private consulting engineering firms across the US and India, where he served as a transportation engineer in multiple public works and transportation projects. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Maryland and Virginia. He holds a MS in Transportation Engineering from Cleveland State University and a graduate certificate in Railway Engineering from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champagne and resides in the Baltimore Metro area.
