Caleb Douglas is a Geotechnical Consultant with Anderson Professional Services from Chattanooga, TN.  Caleb has over 25 years of geotechnical experience and worked on his first railroad consulting job in 1998.  As a consultant, he supported roadbed, bridge, and intermodal projects for several class 1 railroads, and formerly worked as Manager Special Projects Civil – Geotechnical for UP.  Dr. Douglas holds degrees from Mississippi State University and Iowa State University.  Caleb is a registered professional engineer and a former member of AREMA Committee 1.
