Chris Hartsough has been working with Harsco Rail’s Protran Technology division in Cherry Hill, NJ for the past 15 years.  Over that time, he has done work on rail and maintenance forecasting models, automated inspection technology, rail profile analysis, grinding automation, and various reporting tools for track inspection and track maintenance.  He has a B.S. in aerospace engineering and a Masters of Engineering both from the University of Maryland.
