Dale Hein graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Computer Engineering program in 1986. He has spent the last 32 years working in systems engineering, signal design and project management for transit, heavy and commuter rail systems. Near the end of his 27 year career at CN, he was the Senior Manager responsible for CN’s PTC Test & Regulatory Program. Since 2014, Dale has been employed as the Rail Systems Manager for Hatch in Calgary.
