Daniel Lang offers 14 years of experience in vehicle, wayside infrastructure, systems engineering, and system safety aspects of transit, rail, and bus industries including hands-on assignments with clients in both the transit and freight sectors. He currently leads Hatch LTK’s Systems Assurance Group, which assists clients with operational systems safety procedures, safety plans, integrated vehicle and system design, and reliable maintenance practices. Dan is currently working towards his PhD in Systems Engineering at Colorado State University, focusing on optimization and composite material application for the transit industry.
