David Clary is a Project Manager in Dallas, Texas, for Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., a position he has held since 2008.  David has more than 47 years of consulting experience on rail, transit, highway and airport transportation projects, including key rail projects for the Panama Canal Railway in Panama, the Powder River Basin in Wyoming, the BART Berryessa Extension and the Sacramento Regional Transit Blue Line Extension in California, and the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Central Business District Rail Replacement Project in Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1973.  David is currently serving as a member of AREMA Committee 11 Commuter and Intercity Rail.
