Don Grabowski is the VP of Freight Rail with WSP. He has over a 30 year career all in transportation. Started career with a construction management position to complete the construction of the Dubuque yard for Chicago Central and Pacific (now CN). Completed preliminary studies / designs for several yards. Lead designer or Project Manager for several freight yards. Spent nearly a decade working for City of Chicago Department of Transportation as Deputy Commissioner of Infrastructure Management and the Chief Traffic Engineer.   In the Fall he will teach a 400 level class in Railroad Engineering and is a member of AREMA Committee 24.
