Dylan Kahle

Dylan Kahle is a Senior Engineer, Geotechnics and Drainage, for Amtrak’s System Track Engineering group. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in water resources from Drexel University in 2013, Dylan joined a private consulting engineering firm doing land development. While working on projects ranging in size from 5000 square feet to 700+ acres - industrial, commercial, and residential - Dylan’s focus and strength in design was always in stormwater management. He joined the railroad industry at Amtrak in June of 2022, focusing his expertise to help Amtrak create solutions for the biggest challenge the railroad faces: drainage. He currently resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.
