Garrett Fountain is a graduate from the University of Arizona with an emphasis in geotechnical engineering and is a licensed PE and GE with more than 25 years of experience.  As Tensar’s West Area Engineer, Garrett provides engineering support for a variety of Tensar technologies, including flexible and rigid pavements, track sub-structure designs, heavily loaded pavement designs, and foundation improvements.  Additionally, Garrett spearheads Tensar’s field validation programs, for research and testing initiatives and has authored several published research documents.
