Govind R. Sulibhavi has been with Maryland Transit Administration for more than 23 years. Currently he is serving as Manager for Track & Structures.  He has served as Member of Expert Review Panel for Transportation Research Board IDEA (Innovations Deserving Exploratory Analysis) Program for Interactive Highway-Rail Crossing Safety System – February 2013.
Additionally, he has published and presented papers Nationally and Internationally in the prestigious Engineering Institutions which includes Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), American Society for Non Destructive Testing (ASNT), Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) World Tunnel Congress and AREMA.
