Graham is a Senior Program/Project Manager with more than 28 years of experience with engineering design, construction management, and program/project management for primarily commuter and light rail projects including track, structure, station, grade crossing, and systems assignments. He has served as the project manager responsible for scope, schedule, and budget management on several large, complex projects valued at as much as $300 million. He is especially skilled at coordinating construction activities with adjacent projects, other project stakeholders, and third-party project participants such as utilities, freight railroad owners, local jurisdictions, and the CPUC.
