Jennifer Sunley is the National Resources Discipline Manager for Hanson Professional Services.  She specializes in federal and state compliance with the Clean Water Act including Section 404 permitting with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Section 401 Water Quality Certification with various state agencies and Section 402 NPDES permitting with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She has worked on a variety of projects across the country for the railroads, including capacity improvements, sidings, bridge maintenance and replacements and intermodal facilities.
