John Green, PHD, PE is the Chairperson of AREMA Committee 24 “Education and Training”, and a member of Committee 17 “High Speed Rail”. He is a both a Part-time Professor and Researcher with California State University – Fresno, and an “Associate Technical Consultant of Infrastructure”, with Worley, a global, 48,000-employees strong infrastructure engineering company that specializes in energy, chemicals, and mineral resources. He is a former CN Railway Track Designer and Field Engineer. John has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University, a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College, a Master’s of Civil Engineering from Purdue University, and a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
