Joseph Robberts is the Senior Transit Systems Project Manager working with the Rail & Transit Systems Business Class for HDR Engineering, INC.  Joseph has been in the industry for 19 years where he has worked in the maintenance, construction, and design fields respectively in the Systems and Communications focused areas of practice. He holds a Project Management Professional certification from PMI institute and has a BBS degree in Business and an AAS degree in Computers Systems. Joseph is currently affiliated with AREMA Committee 39.
