Mark Allen is the UP Director Track Construction based in Houston, TX.  Mark has worked for UP since 2011 and has worked as a roadmaster, standards engineer, Manager Track Projects for the Council Bluffs Service Unit, and Director Track Maintenance for the Roseville Service Unit.  Mr. Allen graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology and is a member of AREMA Committee 5.
