Mark Allen is the Union Pacific Director Track Construction based in Houston, TX. Mark has worked for UP since 2011 and has previously been the Manager of Track Maintenance in Fresno, Standards Engineer, Manager Track Projects for the Council Bluffs Service Unit, and Director Track Maintenance for the Roseville Service Unit. Mr. Allen graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology and is a member of AREMA Committee 5.
