Ned Bagniewski, PE
HDR
Ned is a Professional Civil Engineer with fifteen years of experience in the transportation engineering. He graduated from Iowa State University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and in 2020 with a master’s in natural resources with an emphasis in environmental sustainability. Ned serves as a national resource for HDR’s environmental practice and is currently serving as HDR’s national Freight Rail Sustainability Liaison. He is an active member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA) and currently serves as the task lead for Committee 24’s Mentoring Program.
