Patrice is a principal consultant with 19 years of experience in the design and roll out of digital transformations, including 10 years in the railway industry. Prior to joining WSP, he was managing the French National Railway Infrastructure Managers’ strategic IT portfolio and governance after launching a data office and a digital transformation roadmap. Patrice also led the enterprise data and IT governance overhaul of infrastructure information.
