Rachel Beck is the Union Pacific Senior Manager Special Projects with areas of responsibilities that include ballast, roadbed, and drainage.  Rachel has worked for UP since 2015 and has previously been the Manager of Track Maintenance in Minneapolis-St. Paul and Senior Manager Engineering Methods & Research. Rachel is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and a member of AREMA Committee 30, where she is the Subcommittee 6 Composite ties chair.
