Thomas Julik

Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)


Thomas Julik is the Program Manager for the Federal Railroad Administration’s (FRA) Automated Track Inspection Program. Prior to that he served as Rail Integrity Specialist with FRA and was part of FRA’s CWR Plan Review Team and an Associate Instructor for the Technical Training Standards Division. Before joining FRA in 2013, Thomas worked for BNSF Railway for approximately 6 years in several roles, including District Roadmaster and Assistant Roadmaster for production gangs and construction projects. Thomas graduated from the University of North Dakota and is currently based in Minnesota.
