Todd Herman is a Vice President in the TranSystems Kansas City, MO office. Throughout his 27 years with TranSystems he has done work for five of the Class 1 railroads with his primary focus on bridges and structures.  He received his BS in Industrial Technology from Fort Hays University in 1993.  Todd currently serves as the Geospatial and Asset Management practice community leader for TranSystems.
